You will be instrumental in managing various aspects of defined benefit operations, including benefit calculations, retirement, termination, disability, and death benefits. Your expertise will also be vital in ensuring ERISA compliance for US retirement plans and handling complex "Money In" and "Loans" related activities. Furthermore, you will analyze and evaluate protected retirement solutions, including in-plan guaranteed income products and insurance-wrapped investment vehicles.

This role involves contributing to recordkeeping platform enhancements, processing disbursements like Hardship withdrawals and QDROs, and demonstrating a strong understanding of Qualified/Non-Qualified Plans. You will also support PMO functions for large-scale retirement transformation programs, coordinating across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.

To excel in this senior role, a strong foundation in business analysis is essential, encompassing skills in creating future state architecture maps, defining conversion strategies, and refining requirements in multi-vendor environments. You must be adept at requirements elicitation, including writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.

Proficiency in data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and security, is crucial. You should possess strong data analytics capabilities to extract insights and drive informed decisions, alongside a solid understanding of data governance principles. Experience supporting or leading PMO functions for large-scale retirement transformation programs, including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder reporting, is highly valued. The ability to coordinate effectively across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment with project timelines, scope, and quality standards is paramount.
