Engage with clients across the entire life and annuity policy lifecycle, from new business to claims and regulatory updates. Develop detailed business process maps, future state architectures, and work breakdown structures for transformation initiatives.

Lead requirements gathering through JAD sessions and workshops, producing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs). Challenge new requirements, proposing optimized solutions aligned with business strategy. Collaborate with product design teams to ensure functional enhancements meet business objectives.

Assist clients with product configuration, acceptance criteria definition, and user acceptance testing. Contribute to data migration and data governance activities. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and best practice recommendations. Oversee task execution, resource management, and team performance.
