You will leverage your expertise to define optimal future-state operational processes and product configurations, challenging new requirements while ensuring significant business value for our clients. Collaborate with product design and development teams to implement functional enhancements and provide essential product consultancy throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include gathering and eliciting requirements, documenting Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions. You will work closely with Product Owners to define project scope, offer innovative solutions, and manage change requests effectively. Elaborating clear requirement documents with process and data flow diagrams is crucial. You will also analyze and extract functional enhancements from product design, assist clients with acceptance criteria, and provide ongoing project support.

In this senior role, you will be responsible for decision-making, process optimization, and resource management. This includes allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring teams have the necessary tools, and evaluating performance to achieve organizational objectives.

We are seeking candidates with strong product knowledge in Guidewire, Duckcreek, Exigent, or Majesco, with a preference for Guidewire or Duckcreek. Essential skills include robust stakeholder management and communication, with a deep understanding of end-to-end processes within the P&C insurance domain. Proficiency in data transformation, business data modeling, data mapping, data migration, data profiling, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is required. A basic understanding of SQL queries and experience with AI and Gen AI use case implementation, including AI architecture, is also necessary.

Ideal candidates will be adaptable to flexible shifts, including overlap with US/UK hours, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal English communication is a must. Industry certifications such as AINS 21, 22, 23, or 24 are considered an added advantage, as is additional experience in the Life or other insurance domains.
