As a Senior Business Consultant within Global Delivery Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting EY's growth agenda. Our extensive network of delivery centers worldwide empowers diverse teams to provide high-quality consulting, assurance, tax, and strategy support to clients across the globe.

Drive impactful business transformation, upgrade, and modernization programs. Lead requirements gathering and elicitation, producing detailed BRDs and FSDs. Facilitate JAD sessions and workshops to capture critical business needs, working closely with Product Owners.

Define optimal future-state operational processes and product configurations. Develop innovative solutions while managing change requests to ensure clients achieve significant business value. Create clear requirement documents supported by comprehensive data and process flow diagrams.

Collaborate with product design and development teams to identify and implement functional enhancements. Provide expert product consultancy, assist clients with acceptance criteria, and offer support throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee task execution by managing resources, optimizing processes, and supervising team members to ensure successful outcomes and meet organizational objectives.

Demonstrate deep expertise in P&C insurance end-to-end processes, with preferred knowledge of Guidewire or Duckcreek. Showcase strong skills in stakeholder management and communication. Possess proficiency in data transformation, business data modeling, data mapping, data migration, data profiling, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Familiarity with AI and Gen AI use cases and AI architecture is essential. Ability to work in flexible shifts, including significant overlap with US/UK hours, is required. Excellent organizational, time management, and both written and verbal English communication skills are necessary.

Industry certifications such as AINS 21, 22, 23, or 24, or additional experience in Life or other insurance domains, will be considered advantageous.
