Enablement Services offers cost-effective, innovative solutions across various functions, including Markets, Finance, Risk Management, and IT.

Innovation specialists within GDS collaborate with client service and enablement teams, as well as Service Lines and Core Business Services. We create an environment for rapid prototyping and innovative thinking, leveraging expertise in analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, and cloud solutions.

Drive multiple business transformation, upgrade, and modernization programs.

Lead requirements gathering and elicitation, creating BRDs and FSDs. Conduct JAD sessions and workshops, working closely with Product Owners to capture essential requirements.

Collaborate with clients to define optimal future-state operational processes and associated product configurations.

Define project scope by proposing innovative solutions, challenging new client requirements, and ensuring business value delivery.

Develop and deliver clear requirement documentation, complete with relevant dataflow and process flow diagrams.

Partner with product design and development teams to analyze and implement functional enhancements.

Provide product consultancy, assist clients with acceptance criteria, and offer support throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee decision-making, process optimization, resource management, and team supervision for effective task execution.

Demonstrated product knowledge in Guidewire, Duckcreek, Exigent, or Majesco, with a preference for Guidewire or Duckcreek.

Possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with end-to-end process understanding in the P&C insurance domain.

Proficient in data transformation, business data modeling, data mapping, migration, profiling, and visualization using tools like Tableau and Power BI. Basic SQL query knowledge is essential.

Familiarity with AI and Gen AI use case implementation and AI architecture is required.

Availability to work in flexible shifts, including significant overlap with US/UK business hours.

Exhibit excellent organizational and time management abilities, along with strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Industry certifications such as AINS 21, 22, 23, or 24 are a significant advantage, as is additional experience in life or other insurance domains.

Ability to work effectively as a team member, build strong client relationships, and expand domain knowledge through collaboration with diverse EY professionals.
