Engage in multiple business transformation, upgrade, and modernization programs.

Lead requirements gathering and elicitation, producing BRDs and FSDs. Conduct JAD sessions and workshops, collaborating closely with Product Owners to capture essential requirements.

Partner with clients to define optimal future-state operational processes and associated product configurations.

Shape project scope through innovative solutions, challenging new client requirements and change requests while ensuring the delivery of tangible business value.

Develop and deliver precise requirement documents, complete with relevant data flow and process flow diagrams.

Collaborate with product design and development teams to analyze and implement functional enhancements.

Provide expert product consultancy, assist clients with acceptance criteria, and offer support throughout the project lifecycle.

Take ownership of decision-making, process optimization, resource management, and team oversight for task execution.

Oversee personnel allocation, supervise team members, assign tasks, ensure teams have necessary resources, and evaluate performance to meet organizational objectives.

Possess strong product knowledge in Guidewire, Duckcreek, Exigent, or Majesco, with a preference for Guidewire or Duckcreek.

Demonstrate robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

Exhibit end-to-end process understanding within the P&C insurance domain.

Show proficiency in data transformation, business data modeling, data mapping, transformation rules, data migration, data profiling, data visualization, Tableau, Power BI, and reporting. A basic understanding of SQL queries is also required.

Understand AI and Gen AI use cases and the architecture for their implementation.

Be prepared to work in flexible shifts, including significant overlap with US/UK hours.

Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.

Communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.

Industry certifications such as AINS 21, AINS 22, AINS 23, or AINS 24 are advantageous. Additional experience in Life or other insurance domains is also a plus.
