We are looking for 3 to 8 years of experience in business consulting, with a significant focus on the insurance sector, particularly group benefits and retirement.

Demonstrated domain knowledge of insurance processes, products, regulations, and market dynamics is essential.

Proven consulting skills, including robust project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, are critical.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
