We seek a motivated Senior SAP professional with deep technical expertise in SAP ERP and cloud applications. Your proven track record in delivering high-quality SAP solutions, combined with strong technical and client management skills, will be key to success in this role. This is an opportunity to perform technical reviews and assessments on complex SAP ERP security design control projects.

Conduct technical reviews of SAP security design and the implementation of SAP ERP and SAP Cloud solutions. Review technical specifications and design documents, ensuring adherence to security configuration standards and best practices. Lead technical design control review sessions, providing guidance to the team and acting as a client-facing technical point of contact. Utilize expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Fiori, and SuccessFactors. Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP security, SoD, and related access controls, along with experience in data migration strategies. Manage client expectations effectively to ensure satisfaction. Proactively identify system and process improvements for clients' technical environments. Perform ITAC and ITGC control testing aligned with client scope and requirements. Contribute to the Risk Consulting team by assisting with practice-wide training curriculum development. Foster strong relationships with onshore and cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Solution security design, review, and implementation is essential. Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with SAP ERP modules across various domains is required. Proficiency in data migration, templates, data models, and cloud web services is necessary. Hands-on experience with documentation, writing technical specifications, test scripts, SIT, UAT, code reviews, deployments, and SDLC Change Management processes is crucial. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Cloud services and architecture is expected. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA is beneficial. Basic experience with machine learning and AI integration in SAP Cloud applications is a plus. A strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards is required.

Demonstrate hands-on experience and deep knowledge of technical activities in S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, covering key modules in Finance, HR, and Payroll. Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally, particularly to the Middle East, for client assignments. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and a consulting mindset are vital. Client handling experience is expected. Flexibility to work MENA shift timings (Sunday to Thursday) is required. A valid passport is mandatory. SAP certification is highly desirable.
