As a Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing client digital risk postures by connecting business needs with technological solutions. Your work will encompass advanced analytics, data visualization, automation, data governance, and process mining, ensuring all solutions align with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. You will collaborate with diverse teams spanning data, technology, and business functions to architect, evaluate, and implement analytics-driven risk processes and governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities include designing and deploying process mining dashboards using tools like Celonis and Power BI to optimize business processes. You will conduct in-depth analyses to pinpoint bottlenecks and identify root causes, developing actionable recommendations for efficiency, quality, and compliance improvements.

Tasks involve extracting and preparing data from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for process mining and analytics. You will build ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python, perform data mapping, and reconstruct processes for end-to-end visibility. Supporting the integration of new data sources into process mining platforms and validating datasets for quality are also crucial.

Additionally, you will contribute to developing process mining use cases and KPIs, mentor junior consultants, lead client discussions, and participate in business development initiatives. Providing feedback and managing team performance metrics are also integral parts of this role.

We are looking for a Manager with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related discipline, complemented by 8-10 years of experience in process mining, data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or process improvement. Experience with Big4 firms is a significant advantage.

Essential skills include hands-on experience with SQL, ETL, data engineering, and data analytics. Proficiency in process mining tools like Celonis, Signavio, or ARIS is preferred. Strong SQL skills, including complex joins and stored procedures, along with experience in developing ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, or similar tools, are vital.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and data quality concepts. Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Power BI is required. Familiarity with enterprise platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is also expected. A valid passport for travel is necessary.
