Join NTT DATA as an R2R Consultant specializing in SAP FICO. This role involves designing and building robust solutions within the SAP S/4HANA system as part of the SAP FICO engineering team. You'll contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness by evaluating and recommending improvements to existing Record to Report processes.

Key responsibilities include the configuration and design of solutions in SAP S/4HANA, taking ownership from the initial design phase through to deployment. You will be instrumental in supporting testing efforts (CIT/E2E/UAT), analyzing code, and reviewing designs. Experience with cloud platforms is a plus, as is working effectively with geographically diverse development teams and managing stakeholders.

Engage in Agile and Waterfall delivery models, conduct Show & Tell sessions with business users, and propose solutions that deliver significant business value. A willingness to work within the UK time zone is also a requirement.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized institution and 8-12 years of proven experience in Record to Report process optimization and system implementation. Strong analytical abilities are crucial for translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating across various functions and organizational levels. Functional knowledge of financial processes is required. A strong background in SAP Project Systems (PS), Investment Management (IM), and Asset Accounting (AA) modules is expected, with experience in data conversions, migrations, and interface implementation. Hands-on experience with Application Interface Framework (AIF) is also necessary.
