This role focuses on leading the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications, emphasizing AI-assisted development practices. Lead the complete lifecycle of enterprise-grade full-stack applications, from design to deployment. Drive the integration of AI-powered coding tools to boost engineering efficiency. Architect and develop robust microservices using Java and contemporary frameworks. Build and integrate real-time data pipelines with Kafka for dynamic data processing. Design resilient and scalable systems utilizing major cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and stakeholders in the Banking/FSO/Capital Markets sectors. Uphold best practices in coding, security, performance, and DevOps. Mentor and manage a team of developers, cultivating a collaborative environment. Engage in client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design. Champion Agile delivery methodologies throughout the team's workflow.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development is required, with strong backend proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Basic exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks is acceptable if the focus is backend-heavy. Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor.ai, GitHub Copilot, or Replit is essential.

Expertise in Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture is mandatory. Proficiency in relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL is necessary. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), cloud-native services, and CI/CD pipelines is crucial.

Desired skills include frontend expertise in Angular or React, experience with developer environments like Replit, strong leadership and team management capabilities, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience in scalable system design and performance optimization. Prior experience in FSO/Banking/Capital Markets is a plus.
