Lead the entire lifecycle of enterprise-grade full stack applications, from design to deployment. Champion the integration of AI-assisted development tools to boost engineering productivity. Design, develop, and maintain robust, distributed applications using Scala and Java, with a focus on modern data processing frameworks. Architect and construct microservices using Java, Scala, and frameworks like Spring Boot or Akka. Implement real-time data pipelines with Kafka and build scalable, resilient systems on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Collaborate closely with stakeholders in the Banking, FSO, and Capital Markets sectors. Uphold stringent standards for coding, security, and performance, alongside efficient DevOps practices. We seek a seasoned Senior – Java Full Stack Engineer with over 5 years of experience, specifically in the BFSI domain. Mandatory expertise includes Java (8/11/17+) and Scala, coupled with strong skills in Spring Boot, Microservices, and functional/reactive programming concepts. Proven experience in building scalable distributed systems using both Java and Scala is essential.

Demonstrated proficiency in Apache Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture is required. Solid knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) is necessary. Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding tools (e.g., Cursor.ai, GitHub Copilot) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), including Docker and Kubernetes, is expected. Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps engineering best practices is a must.
