As a Test Architect, you will define and implement enterprise-wide test strategies, automation architectures, and quality engineering transformations. This includes leading pre-sales engagements, developing proposals, and establishing best practices.

You will design scalable automation frameworks, evaluate and govern tools, and develop innovative solutions using AI and GenAI technologies. Your expertise will be crucial in driving AI-enabled Quality Engineering initiatives for test case and script generation, intelligent maintenance, and test data creation.

Key responsibilities involve architecting solutions for large-scale engineering and enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements, and fostering collaboration with customers and delivery teams.

A minimum of 15 years in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation is required, with at least 5 years in Test Architecture or leadership roles.

Demonstrated expertise in effort estimation, proposal development, and customer-facing consulting is essential. You should possess deep knowledge of designing enterprise-scale test automation frameworks, reusable components, and accelerators.

Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing technologies like GitHub Copilot, LangChain, and AutoGen is highly valued. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C, C++, C#, Perl, and Shell Scripting are necessary. Experience building automation solutions for various platforms, including embedded systems, desktop, web, and APIs, is expected, alongside a solid understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Testing.
