Join our Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team in Hyderabad as a Transportation Quality Specialist. This role provides first-level support for driver and delivery programs, directly impacting our customers.

Success in this position hinges on your ability to quickly learn and manage diverse, overlapping tasks. You will gain exposure to various Development, Operations, and IT Support groups by coordinating on high-impact production issues.

Analyze case-level inputs to identify business problems and enhance delivery or customer experiences through corrections.

Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and present them to management.

Collaborate with internal teams to conduct basic analyses, ensuring program efficiency and effectiveness.

Perform root-cause analyses as needed, contingent on data availability.

A strong candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with robust organizational abilities. The capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently, and maintain composure under pressure is essential.

This role demands the ability to anticipate issues and implement preventative solutions. Sound judgment, a focus on enhancing customer experience, and the drive to achieve objectives are key.
