Analyze case-level inputs to pinpoint drivers of business challenges and refine delivery/customer experiences through corrections. Proactively identify and communicate areas for improvement to management. Collaborate with various internal teams, conducting necessary analyses to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Perform root-cause analyses when data permits.

Key responsibilities include ensuring fluency in Spanish (B2+ certification) and facilitating clear communication between Spanish and English-speaking teams.
