Join our Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team in Hyderabad as a Transportation Quality Specialist. This role provides first-level support for driver and delivery initiatives, directly impacting our customers. Success hinges on your ability to adapt quickly and manage diverse, overlapping tasks. You'll gain broad exposure by coordinating with Development, Operations, and IT Support groups to resolve high-impact production issues.

Analyze case-level data to pinpoint business problems and enhance delivery or customer experiences through corrections. Identify and communicate areas for improvement to management. Collaborate with various internal teams, conducting analyses to boost program efficiency and effectiveness. Perform root-cause analyses when necessary and data is available.

Key responsibilities include: - Performing detailed analysis of case inputs to identify problem drivers. - Proactively spotting opportunities for enhancement. - Working cross-functionally to ensure program success. - Conducting root-cause analysis as needed.
