Key responsibilities include: - Performing manual audits and resolving outliers by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which may involve transcribing calls, emails, chats, and messages. - Identifying emerging patterns in audits to contribute to process and program improvements. - Providing timely responses to stakeholders according to SOPs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Escalating problems systematically to the appropriate owners or teams. - Maintaining daily work records using trackers or workflow tools. - Meeting business metrics for SLA, productivity, quality, and utilization. - Understanding performance metrics to drive business goals. - Collaborating with team members to foster program growth. - Developing a global perspective to understand diverse operational nuances across different geographies.

Essential qualifications include: - Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese. - A minimum CEFR level of B2+ or a Bachelor's degree in Language.

This role operates in a 24/7 rotational shift environment with rotational consecutive days off. It is a work-from-office position.
