This Senior Manager role within Delivery Excellence (DEX) in EY GDS Business Consulting/Risk Consulting is crucial for implementing quality and delivery governance across consulting engagements.

You will collaborate closely with delivery leaders to ensure engagements consistently meet EY's high standards for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. The position emphasizes developing and driving standardized delivery practices, actively participating in delivery reviews, and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives. Drive exceptional service delivery and strategic initiatives in close partnership with functional leadership. Oversee engagement performance and governance, ensuring strict adherence to the service line's delivery framework. Develop robust delivery excellence frameworks encompassing key milestones, resource planning, and performance metrics.

Assist in conducting thorough delivery reviews across all engagements and provide support for mitigation strategies. Champion standardized delivery methodologies to enhance the scalability of service delivery models. Identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to refining existing delivery processes. Liaise effectively with regional consulting leaders and provide support for escalation management.

Mentor junior team members, fostering a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and elevating EY's delivery standards.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should possess over 15 years of experience in professional services delivery or consulting. Essential experience includes exposure to delivery governance, client engagement management, and risk management practices.

Proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas, VBA, and charts), Power BI for data visualization, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio is necessary. Familiarity with quality frameworks such as CMMI and ISO is also expected.
