EY GDS Delivery Excellence is seeking a Senior professional to enhance delivery and operational excellence within IT transformation initiatives. This role involves leveraging advanced quality models and cutting-edge delivery excellence frameworks, with a strong emphasis on automation to provide best-in-class solutions.

Key responsibilities include overseeing quality implementation, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring deliverable quality. You will act as the first level of internal quality control, conduct regular delivery reviews, and guide teams for optimization. This role involves publishing monthly leadership dashboards, driving service delivery improvements, and ensuring process guidelines and templates are up-to-date.

Implementing Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, facilitating project teams on process setup, and conducting process compliance checks and audits are crucial. You will perform gap analysis, identify RED engagements, and mitigate risks. Regular connects with delivery teams, process implementation from creation to closure, and metrics analysis for project quality and customer satisfaction are also key duties. Proactive risk management and managing industry quality certifications are essential. Support will be provided for organizational initiatives like productivity improvement and automation.

A college degree in a related technology field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Science is required. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in delivery and service excellence within software delivery is essential. Experience with CMMi Certifications and exposure to quality process and improvement tools are necessary.

Candidates must be capable of handling risk management and customer escalations, with the ability to interact effectively across various organizational levels. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with business delivery teams are vital. A self-starter attitude, the ability to lead diverse teams, create quality process documentation, and an attentive, well-organized approach are also crucial for success in this role.
