Your core responsibilities will include developing robust Delivery Excellence frameworks for the consulting service line. You will be instrumental in identifying and implementing process improvements by driving root cause analysis in collaboration with delivery and onshore teams.

Key duties involve applying standardized delivery processes, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying potential delivery risks while ensuring adherence to governance frameworks. Additionally, you will conduct delivery reviews, document findings, and support issue resolution by coordinating with various delivery teams. Contributing to team knowledge sharing and participating in training initiatives are also essential aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with 10 to 15 years of experience in professional services delivery or consulting. A strong command of MS Excel (including formulas and VBA), Power BI for data visualization, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio is essential.

A solid understanding of delivery processes and quality frameworks is required, alongside exceptional communication and analytical skills.
