This role involves modernizing test automation strategies and embedding "shift-left" quality practices across our advanced platforms.

Lead comprehensive Quality Engineering (QE) transformations and elevate test automation across data, cloud, and AI-driven systems.

Guide, mentor, and develop a team of QE professionals, including offshore resources, providing strategic direction and performance coaching.

Define and implement enterprise AI QE strategies, governance frameworks, and adoption roadmaps. Build scalable AI-enabled QE capabilities focusing on Agentic AI, LLMOps, and advanced AI evaluation.

Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure high engineering productivity, release quality, and optimal delivery velocity. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and implement proactive quality measures.

A Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.

Possess a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in Quality Engineering and automation, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex domains like Healthcare or Customer Care.

Demonstrate deep expertise in cloud platforms, data engineering, and AI systems design. Core competencies include AI Assurance & Governance, Generative AI & Agentic Automation, and AI Evaluation & LLMOps.
