This pivotal role focuses on the development, maintenance, and execution of manual, automation, and performance scripts for Contact Centre applications, ensuring high-quality testing and seamless deployment.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will spearhead the end-to-end quality strategy, including test planning, execution, and release readiness for BOT and enterprise applications. You'll develop and maintain automated test scripts, expanding test coverage and enhancing automation frameworks for improved quality and scalability. Key responsibilities include driving deployment validation, production readiness assessments, and post-release quality monitoring.

This role involves mentoring and managing QA team members to foster technical excellence and continuous learning. You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Establishing QA standards, governance practices, and continuous improvement processes are also crucial, alongside analyzing quality trends and risks to support strategic decisions.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with over 10 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, including 5+ years specifically with Cyara testing. A strong track record in test automation frameworks and tools, along with experience building AI-driven solutions for QA process improvement, is essential.

Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment validation is required. Proven leadership experience in mentoring, managing, and developing QA teams is a must. Solid expertise in BOT, RPA, and enterprise application testing, alongside knowledge of API, UI, database, performance, and integration testing, will set you apart. A strong command of programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript is also a key requirement, alongside excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
