Lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and ensure quality across the entire application lifecycle. Leverage business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive, end-to-end testing strategies utilizing established quality processes and methodologies. Define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, focusing on test execution and defect resolution.

This role involves independent performance and becoming a subject matter expert. Active participation in team discussions and contributing to problem-solving are essential. The Quality Engineering Lead will drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality. Mentoring junior team members and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams are key responsibilities to ensure seamless integration of quality practices.

- Proficiency in Automated Testing is a mandatory skill. - Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools for designing and implementing effective test scripts. - Experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies for complex software applications. - Ability to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in both automation and manual testing processes. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing efforts. - Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize testing workflows. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. - A 15-year full-time education is required.
