Join our team as a Quality Engineering Lead and spearhead the quality assurance for advanced applications. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless integration and accelerating delivery while upholding the highest quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role involves leveraging deep business and functional insights to craft comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing established quality processes and methodologies. You will also define and implement key metrics to monitor test execution and defect resolution, driving continuous improvement.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will manage a team of quality engineers, fostering collaboration and driving quality across the application lifecycle. Your responsibilities include developing end-to-end testing strategies based on business needs and functional expertise. You will apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to establish key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.

Lead discovery workshops to understand current manufacturing processes and define future digital transformation roadmaps. Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and Solution Blueprints. Architect solutions across core DELMIA modules such as Process Planner, Manufacturing Item Definition, Work Instructions, and Plant Layout. Apply expertise in Digital Manufacturing simulations (Robotics, Ergonomics, Time Studies) to confirm production feasibility. Design and oversee the Change Management process (ECR/ECN) to ensure manufacturing aligns with engineering revisions. Define People & Organization (P&O) structures, including security contexts, roles, and collaborative spaces. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Teams to integrate 3DEXPERIENCE with systems like ERP and MES. Collect and validate Dassault Systèmes recommendations with Business Analysts to adhere to vendor best practices. Manage Enhancement Requests and Service Requests to ensure CAPA delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.

To excel in this role, a strong foundation in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA is essential, with a minimum of 7.5 years of experience. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of overall experience is required. You should possess a deep understanding of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (R2021x or later), with familiarity in ENOVIA and CATIA. Expertise in PPR data models and a comprehensive grasp of end-to-end manufacturing processes, including Digital Twin concepts and shop-floor integration, are crucial. Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE Development Fundamentals such as MQL, CAA, EKL, and DMC is highly desirable.
