Advance application engineering by stepping into the role of a Quality Engineering Lead. This position focuses on driving quality throughout the application lifecycle by leading a team of quality engineers. You will leverage multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery. Apply your business and functional expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies.

This role involves applying established quality processes and methodologies. You will define and implement key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ensuring high standards are met.

Independently perform and become a subject matter expert, actively contributing to team discussions and providing solutions to complex problems.

Lead and mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and skill development. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with project deliverables.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to refine testing processes and enhance overall product quality. Monitor and report key quality metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability in all quality-related activities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a strong emphasis on proficiency in the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.

Solid understanding of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies within software development lifecycles is essential. Experience in crafting and implementing end-to-end testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements is crucial.

Demonstrated ability to define and track key performance indicators for test execution and defect management. Familiarity with tools for defect tracking, test automation, and quality metrics reporting, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills, is expected. A foundation of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
