Lead a team of quality engineers, driving quality across the application lifecycle through multi-disciplinary planning and ecosystem integration. This role involves developing comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies using established quality processes and methodologies. You will define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will guide your team by coordinating planning and integrating components to accelerate delivery and maintain high standards. The position requires overseeing the development and execution of testing strategies aligned with business and functional goals. Collaboration with various teams is crucial to ensure seamless quality processes, monitor performance indicators, and address challenges in test execution and defect management to achieve product excellence.

Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies across application lifecycles is essential. Ability to define and track key quality metrics for monitoring test execution and defect resolution is necessary. Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multi-disciplinary team collaboration is expected. Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative solutions to complex quality challenges. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
