As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will guide a team of quality engineers, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and uphold quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies aligned with business objectives and functional requirements. You will also be responsible for defining and monitoring key quality metrics, managing test execution, and ensuring the timely resolution of defects.

- Lead a team of quality engineers, driving efficient delivery and high quality across the application lifecycle. - Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies based on business and functional knowledge. - Define and track key metrics to manage and assess testing processes, including execution and defect resolution. - Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving. - Mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development and skill enhancement. - Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

- Proven proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in this area. - Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and various testing methodologies. - Experience in creating and implementing comprehensive end-to-end testing plans. - Ability to establish and monitor key quality indicators for assessing testing effectiveness. - Familiarity with defect management and resolution workflows. - Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a collaborative team-player attitude. - Completion of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
