This role is for a Quality Engineering Lead responsible for guiding a team to accelerate delivery and ensure quality throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage business and functional expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies utilizing established quality processes and methodologies. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing metrics for test execution and defect resolution.

The position also involves acting as a Functional Architect, ensuring end-to-end functional consistency across the manufacturing digital thread. You will translate business needs into robust, scalable digital manufacturing solutions using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. The role focuses on leading the functional design and implementation of DELMIA solutions within the 3DEXPERIENCE ecosystem.

Lead stakeholder workshops to capture current manufacturing processes and define future digital transformation roadmaps. Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and Solution Blueprints. Architect solutions utilizing core DELMIA modules such as Process Planner, Manufacturing Item Definition, Work Instructions, and Plant Layout. Apply expertise in Digital Manufacturing simulations, including Robotics, Ergonomics, and Time Studies, to validate production feasibility. Design and oversee the Change Management process (ECR/ECN) to align manufacturing with engineering revisions. Define People & Organization structures, encompassing security contexts, roles, and collaborative spaces. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Teams on integrations between 3DEXPERIENCE and downstream systems like ERP and MES. Validate Dassault Systèmes recommendations with Business Analysts to ensure alignment with best practices. Manage Enhancement and Service Requests to ensure timely delivery of Corrective and Preventive Actions, tracking and resolving technical issues within project timelines. Guide the team on Out-of-the-Box best practices versus customization needs for long-term platform maintainability.

Extensive experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA is required. Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience is necessary for this role. 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite. Deep expertise in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (R2021x or later) is essential. Familiarity with ENOVIA for data management and CATIA for design context is also crucial. Strong understanding of PPR (Product, Process, Resource) data models is expected. A thorough comprehension of end-to-end manufacturing processes, including Digital Twin concepts and shop-floor integration, is required. Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE Development Fundamentals, including MQL, CAA, EKL, and DMC, is beneficial.
