This role focuses on leading quality engineering practices, driving end-to-end automation, and ensuring seamless integration testing. You will mentor team members and ensure extensive test coverage across projects.

Design and develop robust automation frameworks utilizing Java, Cucumber, and Maven. Lead the Quality practice, overseeing end-to-end automation and integration testing. Mentor team members to foster skill development and best practices. Deploy solutions on cloud environments and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Develop, deploy, and manage your own environments efficiently. Create high-quality automation code and maintain existing scripts. Conduct thorough database testing, test plan, test case, and test script creation. Analyze requirements and provide accurate estimations. Validate environments and investigate issues with detailed analysis. Track defects and trends, providing insightful reporting and analysis. Adhere to QA methodologies and processes as a key member of the Scrum team. Assess and interpret customer needs, translating them into actionable requirements. Identify innovative solutions for non-standard requests and complex problems. Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, and Claude to accelerate development.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent certification, is required. Solid expertise in Selenium, Java, Maven, Cucumber, RESTful Service Automation, GitHub, and Jenkins pipelines for build automation is essential. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Codex, and Claude to enhance development speed is expected. The ability to lead and mentor other automation team members is a key requirement for this role. Experience with Azure, Kafka, MongoDB, Domain Driven Design, Event Driven Design, and DevOps practices is preferred.
