Lead a team of quality engineers to accelerate delivery and ensure high quality across the application lifecycle. You will leverage business and functional knowledge to design end-to-end testing strategies using established quality processes and methodologies. This role involves applying testing principles to define and implement key metrics for managing test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, your daily activities will include guiding your team through multi-disciplinary planning and ecosystem integration. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless quality processes, and monitoring key performance indicators. Proactive identification and resolution of challenges during test execution and defect management are crucial for upholding product excellence.

Independently perform duties and become a subject matter expert. Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. Provide solutions to work-related challenges. Mentor and support junior team members to foster growth and knowledge sharing. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with project goals. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate communication among stakeholders for transparency and timely resolution of quality issues.

A minimum of 3 years of experience with Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5 is required.

Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies. Proven experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies across application lifecycles. Ability to define and track key quality metrics to monitor test execution and defect resolution. Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multi-disciplinary team collaboration is essential. Demonstrated skill in problem-solving and delivering innovative solutions to complex quality challenges. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory for this position.
