Seeking a skilled Quality Engineering Lead to spearhead quality initiatives within a dynamic team. This role involves guiding quality engineers through intricate project planning and ecosystem integration, ensuring accelerated delivery and high quality throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your expertise in quality processes and methodologies to develop comprehensive testing strategies and manage key metrics for test execution and defect resolution.

This position focuses on ensuring End-to-End Functional Consistency within the manufacturing digital thread. The core responsibility is to align raw business requirements with the native capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, delivering a robust and scalable digital manufacturing solution. You will lead the functional design and implementation of DELMIA solutions within this advanced ecosystem.

Lead discovery sessions to understand current manufacturing processes and define future digital transformation roadmaps. Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and solution blueprints. Architect solutions leveraging core DELMIA modules, including Process Planner, Manufacturing Item Definition, Work Instructions, and Plant Layout. Apply expertise in Digital Manufacturing simulations (Robotics, Ergonomics, Time Studies) to validate production feasibility. Design and oversee the Change Management process (ECR/ECN) to ensure seamless alignment of manufacturing with engineering updates. Define People & Organization structures, including security contexts, roles, and collaborative spaces. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Teams to integrate 3DEXPERIENCE with systems like ERP and MES. Validate Dassault Systèmes recommendations with Business Analysts to ensure adherence to vendor best practices. Manage Enhancement and Service Requests to ensure timely CAPA delivery and resolution of technical issues. Guide the team on best practices for Out-of-the-Box solutions versus customization for optimal platform maintainability.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required, with a specific focus on Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.

Key technical proficiencies include deep expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE (R2021x or later), with familiarity in ENOVIA and CATIA. Strong understanding of PPR data models and End-to-End manufacturing processes, including Digital Twin concepts and shop-floor integration, is essential.

While not mandatory, knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE Development Fundamentals such as MQL, CAA, EKL, and DMC is advantageous. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
