This position requires independent performance and becoming a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are expected, alongside providing solutions to work-related problems. Leading efforts to establish and maintain comprehensive testing strategies aligned with project goals is a key responsibility. Mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities is also vital. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality processes within the development lifecycle and continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Familiarity with defect management and resolution processes is expected. Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment are also necessary.

A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically with SnapLogic is required. This position requires a 15-year full-time education. The role is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
