Lead a team of quality engineers to enhance application lifecycle quality. Develop comprehensive testing strategies and apply quality methodologies to manage and assess testing processes, including execution and defect resolution. This role focuses on ensuring End-to-End (E2E) Functional Consistency within the manufacturing digital thread, bridging business needs with 3DEXPERIENCE platform capabilities to deliver scalable digital manufacturing solutions. You will architect the functional design and implementation of DELMIA solutions.

Responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, translating business requirements into functional specifications, and architecting solutions across core DELMIA modules. You'll apply expertise in digital manufacturing simulations, design change management, define P&O structures, and collaborate on integrations with systems like ERP and MES. Guidance will be provided on best practices versus customization to ensure platform maintainability.

- Lead discovery workshops to understand current manufacturing processes and define future digital transformation roadmaps. - Translate complex business requirements into high-level functional specifications and solution blueprints. - Architect solutions across key DELMIA modules including Process Planner, Manufacturing Item Definition, Work Instructions, and Plant Layout. - Utilize expertise in Digital Manufacturing simulations (Robotics, Ergonomics, Time Studies) to validate production feasibility. - Design and manage the Change Management process (ECR/ECN) to align manufacturing with engineering revisions. - Define People & Organization (P&O) structures, encompassing security contexts, roles, and collaborative spaces. - Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Teams to design integrations between 3DEXPERIENCE and downstream systems like ERP and MES. - Collect and validate Dassault Systèmes recommendations with Business Analysts to align with vendor best practices. - Gather Enhancement Requests (ER) and Service Requests (SR) to ensure Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) delivery and timely resolution of technical issues. - Guide the team on Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) best practices versus customization needs for long-term platform maintainability.

A proven track record in Quality Engineering with 2-5 years of experience is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically with the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA is essential.

Key technical skills include deep expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE (R2021x or later), with familiarity in ENOVIA for data management and CATIA for design context. A strong understanding of PPR (Product, Process, Resource) data models and End-to-End manufacturing processes, including Digital Twin concepts and shop-floor integration, is crucial. Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE Development Fundamentals such as MQL, CAA, EKL, and DMC is also beneficial.
