Lead a team of quality engineers, accelerating delivery and driving quality throughout the application lifecycle. This role involves developing comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies using established quality processes and methodologies. You will also apply testing principles to define and implement key metrics for managing and assessing test execution and defect resolution.

As a Functional Architect, your core mission is to ensure end-to-end functional consistency across the manufacturing digital thread. You will be instrumental in connecting raw business requirements with the inherent capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to deliver a robust and scalable digital manufacturing solution. This involves leading the functional design and implementation of DELMIA solutions within the 3DEXPERIENCE ecosystem.

- Spearhead discovery workshops with stakeholders to capture current manufacturing processes and define future digital transformation roadmaps. - Translate intricate business requirements into high-level functional specifications and detailed Solution Blueprints. - Architect comprehensive solutions across key DELMIA modules: Process Planner, Manufacturing Item Definition, Work Instructions, and Plant Layout. - Leverage expertise in Digital Manufacturing simulations, including Robotics, Ergonomics, and Time Studies, to validate production feasibility. - Design and oversee the Change Management process (ECR/ECN) to ensure manufacturing aligns with engineering revisions. - Define People & Organization (P&O) structures, including security contexts, roles, and collaborative spaces. - Partner with DS Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Business Teams to design integrations between 3DEXPERIENCE and downstream systems such as ERP (SAP/Oracle) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). - Collaborate with Business Analysts (BA) to collect and validate Dassault Systèmes (DS) recommendations, ensuring adherence to software vendor best practices. - Gather Enhancement Requests (ER) and Service Requests (SR) to facilitate CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) delivery, ensuring technical issues are tracked and resolved within project timelines. - Guide the team on best practices for Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionalities versus the necessity of customization for long-term platform maintainability.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA. A solid understanding of PPR (Product, Process, Resource) data models and end-to-end manufacturing processes, including Digital Twin concepts and shop-floor integration, is essential.

Platform knowledge includes deep expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE (R2021x or later), with familiarity in ENOVIA for data management and CATIA for design context being crucial. While not mandatory, knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE Development Fundamentals such as MQL, CAA, EKL, and DMC is beneficial.

Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education. This position is based in our Bengaluru office.
