A key aspect of this position is defining and implementing critical metrics to meticulously manage and evaluate the testing process, including execution and defect resolution.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, specifically DELMIA. You will be instrumental in ensuring functional consistency throughout the manufacturing digital thread, acting as a crucial bridge between business needs and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform's capabilities to deliver sophisticated digital manufacturing solutions.

Lead quality engineering teams, facilitating multi-disciplinary planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate project delivery and uphold quality standards. Develop comprehensive, end-to-end testing strategies by applying business and functional expertise, utilizing proven quality processes and methodologies. Implement key metrics and testing methodologies to effectively manage and assess the testing process, encompassing test execution and defect resolution. Conduct discovery workshops to understand existing manufacturing processes and design future digital transformation roadmaps. Translate intricate business requirements into high-level functional specifications and solution blueprints. Architect robust solutions across core DELMIA modules like Process Planner, Manufacturing Item Definition, Work Instructions, and Plant Layout. Apply expertise in Digital Manufacturing simulations, including Robotics, Ergonomics, and Time Studies, to validate production feasibility. Define and govern the Change Management process (ECR/ECN) to align manufacturing with engineering revisions. Establish People & Organization structures, including security contexts, roles, and collaborative spaces. Collaborate with architects and business teams to integrate 3DEXPERIENCE with systems such as ERP (SAP/Oracle) and MES. Gather and validate Dassault Systèmes recommendations with Business Analysts to ensure alignment with best practices. Manage Enhancement Requests and Service Requests to facilitate CAPA delivery, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience is required, with a specific focus on the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.

Essential skills include deep expertise in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (R2021x or later), with familiarity in ENOVIA for data management and CATIA for design context.

A strong understanding of PPR (Product, Process, Resource) data models and End-to-End manufacturing processes, including Digital Twin concepts and shop-floor integration, is crucial.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE Development Fundamentals, such as MQL, CAA, EKL, and DMC.
