Lead a team of quality engineers, driving quality across the application lifecycle through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Monitor and manage testing activities, ensuring adherence to processes and facilitating defect resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with project goals and ensure seamless quality assurance. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate communication between stakeholders for transparency and timely resolution of quality issues.

Proven expertise in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5 is essential. Demonstrated understanding of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies. Experience in creating and executing end-to-end testing strategies throughout application lifecycles. Ability to define and track key quality metrics for test execution and defect resolution. Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multi-disciplinary team collaboration. Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of providing innovative solutions to quality challenges. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5 is required. A foundational 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
