Lead the quality engineering efforts for advanced applications, driving comprehensive testing strategies and accelerating delivery. This role involves leveraging business and functional expertise to implement robust quality processes throughout the application lifecycle.

You will be instrumental in defining key metrics, managing test execution, and overseeing defect resolution to ensure the highest standards of quality.

As a Functional Architect, ensure end-to-end functional consistency within the manufacturing digital thread. Bridge the gap between business needs and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform's capabilities to deliver scalable digital manufacturing solutions.

Guide a team of quality engineers, fostering cross-functional collaboration for accelerated delivery and enhanced quality. Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies using established quality processes and methodologies.

Define and utilize key metrics to monitor and assess testing processes, including execution and defect management.

Lead discovery workshops to understand current manufacturing processes and define future digital transformation roadmaps. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and solution blueprints. Architect solutions across core DELMIA modules like Process Planner, Manufacturing Item Definition, Work Instructions, and Plant Layout.

Apply expertise in Digital Manufacturing simulations to validate production feasibility. Design and govern the change management process to align manufacturing with engineering revisions. Define People & Organization structures, including security contexts and collaborative spaces. Collaborate on integrations with ERP and MES systems. Collect and validate Dassault Systèmes recommendations. Manage enhancement and service requests to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Guide the team on out-of-the-box best practices versus customization needs for long-term platform maintainability.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with specific expertise in the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.

Possess deep platform knowledge in 3DEXPERIENCE (R2021x or later), with familiarity in ENOVIA and CATIA. Strong understanding of PPR data models and end-to-end manufacturing processes, including Digital Twin concepts and shop-floor integration.

A full-time education spanning 15 years is a prerequisite.

Good to have skills include knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE Development Fundamentals such as MQL, CAA, EKL, and DMC.
