As a Quality Engineering Architect, your daily work will involve designing robust testing frameworks that integrate seamlessly across the entire software development lifecycle. Develop and implement end-to-end testing architectures using innovative products and solutions. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in quality engineering. Design and execute test cases with precision, adhering strictly to defined test steps. Conduct thorough functional (ST/SIT) and regression testing to ensure software integrity. Raise clear and concise defect reports, including detailed steps to replicate and supporting evidence. Demonstrate a strong understanding of User Stories or Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Leverage domain knowledge, particularly in the Banking sector, to enhance testing effectiveness and defect identification. Maintain meticulous attention to detail and effective time management to meet critical test cycle deadlines. Utilize test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira proficiently. Function independently and aspire to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your area. Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving initiatives. Lead initiatives to identify and implement enhancements in testing strategies and processes. Mentor junior team members, fostering their skill development and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with overarching project goals.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Functional Test Planning is essential. Possess strong expertise in designing and implementing test architectures for intricate software systems. Demonstrate experience in developing scalable and maintainable test frameworks. Exhibit the ability to analyze and optimize testing processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Familiarity with various testing methodologies and established quality assurance best practices is required. Possess excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. A foundation of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role. Proficiency in Functional Test Planning is a mandatory skill.
