- Independently perform duties and become a Subject Matter Expert. - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing seamlessly into the development lifecycle. - Enhance automated test frameworks to boost efficiency and coverage. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices. - Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
