Advance full-stack solutions by coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and integrating ecosystems to boost delivery speed and ensure quality throughout the application lifecycle. This role involves continuous testing for security, APIs, and regression suites, alongside developing automation strategies and scripts. The engineer will also manage data and environment configurations, participate in code reviews, and meticulously report defects to drive improvements in the end-to-end testing process.

Engage with project managers and product owners to grasp expectations and anticipate end-user needs. Communicate issues clearly and promptly to relevant partners across teams. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical designs; creating detailed test plans and cases; estimating, prioritizing, and coordinating testing activities; identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs; performing regression testing; developing testing processes; liaising with development teams to define system requirements; investigating software defects; collaborating with developers for enhancements; tracking quality assurance metrics; and staying updated on new testing tools and strategies.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. Proven experience in software development or quality assurance is essential. A strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is necessary. The ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect descriptions is crucial. While not mandatory, an ISTQB or related certification is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in Test Management is required, alongside a commitment to 15 years of full-time education.
