We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team, focusing on delivering robust full-stack solutions. This role involves close collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate complex systems and ensure exceptional quality throughout the application development lifecycle.

You will be responsible for executing continuous testing, including security, API, and regression suites. The position also requires developing automation strategies, creating automated scripts, and managing data and environment configurations to streamline testing processes. Active participation in code reviews and meticulous defect reporting are key to driving continuous improvement.

As a Quality Engineer, you will operate independently, aiming to become a subject matter expert. Your role will involve active participation and contribution in team discussions and providing effective solutions to work-related challenges.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee comprehensive testing coverage and uphold quality assurance standards. Developing and maintaining automated test scripts will be crucial for improving testing efficiency and accuracy. Prompt monitoring of testing processes and reporting of defects will facilitate timely resolutions.

Your contributions will support continuous improvement initiatives through the analysis of testing outcomes and the suggestion of enhancements. You will also assist junior team members in understanding testing methodologies and best practices.

This role demands a strong command of Java Standard Edition and a minimum of 3 years of experience in this area. A solid understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle processes is essential.

Proficiency with automation tools and scripting for test automation is required, along with familiarity in continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. The ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within complex software environments is also a key requirement.

Candidates should possess an understanding of security testing principles and API testing techniques. A foundational 15 years of full-time education is mandatory for this position. The role is based in our Bengaluru office.
