As a Quality Engineering Analyst, you will coordinate cross-functional planning and integrate various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards. This role involves overseeing comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements, monitoring key performance indicators, and facilitating defect resolution.

Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to synchronize efforts and drive continuous improvement is a core aspect of daily responsibilities. You will participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. This position is based in Pune and requires 2-5 years of experience.

As a subject matter expert, collaborate with the team to perform and make decisions. Engage with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions and providing solutions to immediate and cross-team problems.

Develop and implement testing frameworks to support efficient quality assurance processes. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional growth. Coordinate with development teams to align testing activities with project timelines and deliverables. Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to adapt to evolving project requirements and technological advancements.

Proficiency in Functional Testing is a must-have skill. Experience with Automation is a valuable addition. Strong knowledge of SDLC, test tools, and frameworks is essential for designing and executing test scripts.

Possess the ability to analyze complex software systems and identify areas for automation to improve testing efficiency. Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test execution and reporting. Requires 15 years of full-time education and 2-5 years of experience.
