Drive quality across the entire application lifecycle by enabling full-stack solutions. This role involves multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery.

Continuously perform testing for security, API, and regression suites. Develop automation strategies, create automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration. Actively participate in code reviews and report defects to foster continuous improvement in the end-to-end testing process.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically in Test Management. A comprehensive 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory qualification.

Review technical designs, specifications, and requirements to provide timely and valuable feedback.

Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases to effectively identify software defects.

Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate all testing activities.

Identify, meticulously record, document, and track bugs throughout the development cycle.

Conduct thorough regression testing after bugs have been resolved.

Design and implement testing processes for both new and existing products.

Collaborate with internal teams, including product leads and developers, to define system requirements.

Investigate the root causes of non-conforming software issues.

Work closely with software developers to enhance and improve software quality.

Monitor and report on key quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.

Stay current with the latest testing tools and evolving test strategies.

A BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications and experience, is essential.

Demonstrated work experience in software development or software quality assurance is required.

Possess a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect descriptions.

ISTQB or a related certification is considered an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Test Management is mandatory.
