Drive quality across the application lifecycle as a Quality Engineer, enabling full-stack solutions through collaborative planning and ecosystem integration. This role involves continuous security, API, and regression testing, alongside developing automation strategies and supporting data/environment configurations. You will actively participate in code reviews and defect reporting to enhance the end-to-end testing process.

As a Performance Test Lead, you will spearhead performance testing and engineering for enterprise applications. Your collaboration with various teams—business, development, architecture, infrastructure, and QA—will be crucial in defining performance strategies and ensuring applications meet stringent SLAs. This includes designing realistic workload models, scripting tests, identifying bottlenecks, and providing optimization recommendations.

This position requires a minimum of 15 years of full-time education.

Perform continuous testing, including security, API, and regression suites. Create and implement automation strategies and scripts. Support data and environment configuration. Participate in code reviews and report defects to drive continuous improvement. Lead and manage end-to-end performance testing and engineering activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance strategies and ensure SLA adherence. Design workload models, develop performance test scripts, and analyze system bottlenecks. Monitor project progress and implement adjustments to meet deadlines. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Must have proficiency in OpenText LoadRunner and Micro Focus LoadRunner, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience. Strong understanding of performance testing tools like JMeter and protocols such as Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, Tru Client, Citrix, SAP-GUI, KAFKA, and MQ is essential. Familiarity with performance engineering concepts and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and New Relic is required. Proficiency in SQL queries and understanding of application functionality and performance requirements are necessary. Experience with scripting and automation tools is beneficial. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. The position is based in Pune, with a mandatory 3-day per week client office visit and a shift from 12 PM to 9 PM.
