Contribute to full-stack solutions by planning and integrating systems within a multidisciplinary team to accelerate delivery and enhance quality throughout the application lifecycle. This role involves continuous testing for security, APIs, and regression suites. You will develop automation strategies and scripts, and manage data and environment configurations.

Participate in code reviews, monitor system performance, and report defects to support ongoing improvements in the end-to-end testing process. The ideal candidate will possess strong AWS Administration skills.

- Manage and maintain a hybrid identity architecture integrating on-premise Active Directory with Entra ID in the M365 cloud. - Oversee Azure AD Connect synchronization, including monitoring and troubleshooting. - Administer core Active Directory services like domains, trusts, sites, and DNS integration. - Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of directory services, focusing on Identity and Access Management. - Configure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 tenants, managing conditional access policies, identity protection, and tenant-wide security settings. - Support application integrations and identity federation scenarios, ensuring compliance with internal standards. - Harden AD, Entra ID, and M365 environments using security best practices and frameworks (e.g., CIS Benchmarks). - Support audits, security assessments, and remediation activities. - Manage AD backups and recovery using Quest Recovery Manager, and M365 backup/recovery with Commvault Cloud (Metallic).

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AWS Administration is essential. - A strong foundation in on-premise Active Directory architecture and operations is required. - In-depth knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 identity services is necessary. - Proficiency in scripting, particularly Microsoft PowerShell, is highly valued. - Hands-on experience with Azure AD Connect is expected. - Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management concepts. - Experience with Quest Active Directory management and migration tools is beneficial. - Familiarity with backup and recovery concepts for identity and M365 workloads, ideally using Commvault Cloud (Metallic). - Strong understanding of identity security best practices, including resilience against cyber-attacks and experience with security frameworks (e.g., CIS). - Experience working within ITIL-based service organizations, demonstrating a structured, analytical, and proactive work style. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
