Join our team as a Quality Engineer and play a pivotal role in accelerating delivery and driving quality across the application lifecycle. You will enable full-stack solutions through multidisciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration.

Your responsibilities will include performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites. You will also create automation strategies, develop automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration.

We are seeking individuals who can participate in code reviews, monitor and report defects, and contribute to continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. A strong understanding of end-user needs and project requirements is essential.

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback. Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify software problems. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs. Conduct thorough regression testing after bug fixes. Develop and implement testing processes for both new and existing products. Collaborate with internal teams, including product leads and developers, to define system requirements. Investigate the root causes of non-conforming software. Partner with software developers to enhance and improve software quality. Monitor quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts. Stay updated with the latest testing tools and strategies.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role is required, with at least 3 years specifically in Test Management.

We are looking for candidates with a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications and experience. Proven experience in software development or software quality assurance is essential.

Strong proficiency in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is necessary. The ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect descriptions is critical. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
