Lead and manage comprehensive performance testing and engineering for enterprise applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, development, architecture, infrastructure, and QA to shape performance strategies, ensuring applications meet stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your work will involve designing realistic workload models, creating performance test scripts, identifying system bottlenecks, and providing crucial recommendations for optimizing application performance throughout the software development lifecycle.

Possess strong proficiency in performance testing tools, specifically Micro Focus LoadRunner, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience. Demonstrate the ability to design intricate scenarios that accurately reflect real-world user behaviors. Expertise is required in protocols such as Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, Tru Client, Citrix, SAP-GUI, KAFKA, and MQ. A solid understanding of performance engineering principles and familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and New Relick are essential. You should be adept at configuring performance metrics and building insightful dashboards. A good grasp of JVM concepts and proficiency in SQL queries are also necessary. Understanding application functionality, performance requirements, and defined SLAs is crucial. The role requires identifying test environment, data, and access needs. You will be responsible for profiling, scripting, test planning, execution, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Creating monitoring profiles to gather performance metrics for optimization and analyzing test results against SLAs are core duties. Publishing performance analysis reports and conducting stakeholder review sessions are expected.
