As a Quality Engineer, you'll be instrumental in shaping robust software solutions by collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Your focus will be on accelerating delivery and ensuring exceptional quality throughout the application lifecycle. This role involves continuous testing for security, API, and regression, alongside developing automation strategies and scripts. You'll also support data and environment configuration, participate in code reviews, and diligently report defects to drive ongoing improvements in our end-to-end testing processes.

- Independently perform duties and aim to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project objectives. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks. - Configure test data and environments for accurate test execution. - Monitor testing outcomes and provide detailed reports for continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Playwright using JavaScript or TypeScript, or Selenium. - Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and scale automated test suites for web applications. - Strong understanding of the Page Object Model (POM) and other automation design patterns. - Experience with API testing tools like Postman, including validating API responses and schemas. - Solid command of standard QA practices, including test case creation, execution, and defect reporting. - Proficiency in using test management tools such as Jira Xray, TestRail, or Zephyr. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings to diverse stakeholders. - Working knowledge of GitHub Copilot, Claude, LLMs, RAG systems, and chatbots for day-to-day tasks. - 15 years of full-time education is required.
