Drive quality across the application lifecycle as a Quality Engineer. This role focuses on accelerating delivery through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. You will be instrumental in performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites. Developing an automation strategy, creating automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration are key aspects of this position. Participation in code reviews and diligent defect monitoring and reporting will support continuous improvement in the end-to-end testing process.

Implement comprehensive performance testing and engineering strategies for enterprise applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, development, architecture, infrastructure, and QA, to ensure applications meet stringent performance SLAs. Design realistic workload models, develop robust performance test scripts, and meticulously analyze system bottlenecks. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize application performance throughout the software development lifecycle. This role also involves facilitating knowledge sharing to elevate team capabilities and monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery.

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience is required, with a preference for 2-5 years. Proficiency in performance testing tools like OpenText LoadRunner and JMeter is essential. Expertise in protocols such as Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, Tru Client, Citrix, SAP-GUI, KAFKA, and MQ is necessary. A strong foundation in performance engineering concepts, including experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic, is expected. Familiarity with JVM concepts and proficient SQL query skills are also required. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory for this role.
