Join gTech Ads as a Quality Control Manager and play a pivotal role in enhancing the support and technical services for Google's comprehensive Ad products stack. This role is central to ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our advertising and publisher products, guiding them through setup, campaign implementation, and complex technical solutions. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to innovate and elevate client experiences, ensuring they receive exceptional return on investment and view Google as a trusted partner.

Establish future-proof quality control processes aligned with the evolving Quality Control Manager (QCM) role in the agentic space. Define frameworks, measure outcomes, and report on successes, while meticulously identifying root causes of design or execution problems to drive business impact.
Champion automation and machine learning initiatives as they pertain to quality and overall Customer Experience (CX). Drive effective stakeholder management within a dynamic, matrixed, cross-functional, global, and multicultural environment.
Communicate quality assurance insights, highlighting systemic issues and outliers that impact CX. Lead the standardization of processes and methodologies across delivery regions to ensure consistent customer experiences, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) delivery, and leverage economies of scale.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. You should possess at least 5 years of experience in building robust relationships with stakeholders or clients, coupled with 5 years in a customer or client-facing operational support role.
Demonstrate 5 years of experience in identifying process-related issues, developing effective solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement these changes. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred, along with certifications in Operations Six Sigma, COPC, or Lean, or comparable operations coursework.
Further preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience in data analysis and generating actionable business insights. Experience with data center logistics, AI/ML tools, and agentic solutions is also valued, as is knowledge of SQL and expertise in data and insights.
